EFT is often the first introduction to Energy Psychology because of its simple approach, ease to learn and compelling effects. The process enables practitioners and clients to work rapidly through layers of emotions, beliefs and memories to treat the root causes of dysfunction.
EFT releases blocked energy patterns from your mind and body by finger tapping on major meridian line energy points. Core emotional issues as well as related physical symptoms often clear surprisingly quickly, and although the issues themselves will obviously still exist, the receiver is able to recall and discuss the memory of them without experiencing the accompanying distress.
Introduction to EFT (1 day)
This one day course is open to the general public who wish to learn the basic EFT technique, as well as therapists wishing to continue on to Practitioner level. This introductory level offers a thorough introduction to the subject and will enable you to practice EFT for self healing purposes and with family and friends.
This course is approved by the AMT and also follows the guidelines laid down by Gary Craig for EFT Level 1.

MET (EFT) Practitioner (2 days)
This two day course is suitable for anyone wishing to advance their knowledge and skills in EFT. This Practitioner level teaches how to apply EFT for more complex issues and clinical use. For those wishing to practice EFT professionally, a post-course examination and case studies will be required.

Advanced MET Practitioner (2 days)
This two day course is suitable for MET/EFT Practitioners wishing to progress their knowledge and skills in MET and EFT to a superior level. This course teaches several advanced EFT procedures and introduces three additional MET techniques. The event creates an opportunity for the sharing and discussion of interesting cases, ideas and results with other practitioners and for generally refining one’s MET skills.
